We will discuss your past, your future and your goals.
Drawing on over 40 years of endurance running I will help you go where you have never been.
Step 1: I put a voice with a name and believe in communication. We will discuss your history in running and cover everything from strengths and weaknesses to successes and future aspirations. This is covered in the initial phone call lasting approximately 30-45 minutes.
Step 2: Once your goal is established I will provide a program for you to follow and will monitor your schedule daily. This is necessary to observe progress and to adjust your training as needed. Your schedule is individual and tapered to your needs.
Step 3: Fees. There is a 3 month minimum sign up period. To really see positive changes I have found this is generally the amount of time needed to adapt to the training. Once the coaching fee is paid a schedule is sent out.
